'Visions
Of The Drowning Man' is Dee Sunshine's third collection of poetry. Sequentially though, the poetry in
this collection by and large pre-dates the work in his second collection,
'Dropping Ecstasy With Angels' and might be considered a bridge between his
first and second collections.
Most of it was conceived in the early 1990s, but it took over a decade
to bring the collection to fruition; and after a number of false starts,
nearly a further decade to secure a print publisher for it. The
poetry in this collection is raw, dark, complex, often bleak, but always
informed by a strangely contrary faith in life. 'Visions
Of The Drowning Man' will be published by Skylight Press in 2012 Reviews
